It was at this time that Mark started to express himself more in his writing from working with his students and some of the reactions he would get when people in the community saw his students. In 2007, Mark became a Christian in the United Methodist Church and was inspired to write The Lord's praises. In that time, Mark felt the need to spread His Word and use the gifts that The Lord has given him.
